How payment and delivery work

- Enter your checkout contact details, review the total for your chosen tool, and accept the Terms and Refund Policy.
- Complete payment through Cashfree’s hosted checkout.
- Milan checks the payment with Cashfree before enabling your downloads.
Keep your draft and payment reference
Your document details and photo stay in your browser. Save an editable draft backup before clearing browser data or changing devices. Payment access is verified in the browser used for checkout. If you lose access without a valid private access file, contact support@dhebe.com with your payment reference before paying again.
For an eligible verified purchase, the original checkout browser can save a separate private purchase-access file. Keep it secret: anyone holding it can request access to that purchased draft. It contains no document text or photo. It is valid for restoring access for 90 days; this does not shorten the original purchase or repeat-download entitlement. Never put it in the document backup or send it to support.
On another browser, restore the document backup first, then choose Restore private access file for the matching biodata or invitation. Milan checks the exact original payment and refund status before binding only that purchase to the receiving browser. A document backup, payment reference or local paid flag alone cannot grant access. Pending, refunded, conflicting or unverified purchases need support review.
The original checkout browser can revoke this draft’s private access files and access restored with them, then save a new file. Revocation cannot remove files already downloaded. Recovering purchase access cannot recover document text or photographs deleted from browser storage without a backup.
A completed payment does not automatically send your document to anyone. You choose when and where to share your downloaded files.
Document languages and interface languages
Document labels support English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Urdu, Punjabi and Malayalam. The interface and checkout are translated in English, Marathi, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil and Gujarati. Kannada, Urdu, Punjabi and Malayalam use English controls. Your entered text is never automatically translated. Review your preview and downloaded files before sharing.
