Business and support
Milan is operated by Dhebe Digitals. Contact support@dhebe.com for service, payment and privacy enquiries.
Our service
Milan provides tools for creating and downloading marriage biodata and Indian event invitations. You choose the content, template, optional photo, and details to include. Biodata creation is not a matchmaking or profile-verification service. Sample details and portraits are fictional examples.
Your download purchase
The total price for one biodata draft is ₹29 in Indian Rupees. The total price for one invitation draft is ₹49 in Indian Rupees. Each unlocks PDF and PNG downloads for its purchased draft, including edits and repeat downloads. These are separate one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. A biodata purchase does not unlock invitation downloads, and an invitation purchase does not unlock biodata downloads.
Payment is processed through Cashfree. Downloads are enabled after the server verifies the payment. Returning from checkout or seeing a payment message by itself is not confirmation that a payment has been verified. Keep your order reference for support.
Digital delivery and saved drafts
Once payment is verified, use the download controls to save your PDF or PNG to your device. No physical item is shipped. Your document details and photo are processed in your browser; keep a draft backup if you want to retain an editable copy.
Browser storage, cleared cookies, a different browser, or a restored backup can affect access. If you have already paid, contact support@dhebe.com with your order reference for help instead of paying again.
Your content and use of the tool
Only include information and images you have the right to use and share. Review every detail before downloading or sending a biodata or invitation. You are responsible for the accuracy of your content and for obtaining permission when using another person’s information or photograph.
Do not use the service to impersonate someone, misrepresent your identity, infringe another person’s rights, or create unlawful content.
Refunds and support
Duplicate charges and unresolved download failures are eligible for a refund after verification. General cancellation is not available after successful digital delivery. Read the Refund Policy for details. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
