Document details and photographs
The details and photo you enter in either editor are processed in your browser. The payment service does not require your biodata, photograph, family details, invitation names, event venue, or the contents of your document.
Your browser may save the draft on your device. A draft backup contains your entered information and photo, so keep that file private. Clearing browser storage or deleting the draft removes the local saved copy.
Checkout and payment verification
When you choose to pay, the checkout phone number and optional email are sent to our payment backend and Cashfree to create and process the order. Cashfree’s hosted checkout collects the payment information it needs. Do not enter a card number, banking password, or OTP in either design form or a support message.
Our backend keeps the tool and draft identifiers, order references, payment verification, and purchase-access records needed to provide downloads and support. Payment verification uses a server check with Cashfree. We do not store card details on the Milan website.
An optional private access file contains a secret limited to one product, draft and payment environment. The browser does not save that secret in local storage. The server stores a hash and scoped recovery records; restoring the file sends its secret by a protected same-origin request and checks the original payment and refunds with Cashfree. Document text and photographs are not sent in recovery requests. Keep this file private and separate from the document backup.
Cookies and technical information
Necessary browser storage and a payment-session cookie support saved drafts, checkout, and purchase verification. The hosting provider and payment provider may process technical connection information to operate and secure their services.
Payment and support records may be retained as needed for purchase verification, support, security, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Clearing a local draft does not erase a payment provider’s transaction record.
